Day 37

 Burpees: 18 mins 27 seconds. 40 and 10 with 45 seconds rest

Gym: 3km Run. Weights  

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: Nasi Lemak Burger with fries 

Dinner: Skip

Sweets: None 

Body: Tired. Need to up my stamina. Tomorrow start on new workout
