Day 19

Burpees: did 50 burpees x2 in  24 mins 14 seconds. My time for 5 burpees is getting faster and better

Breakfast: Skip
Lunch: butter chicken with rice and salted egg eggplant
Dinner: small slice of baked mac and cheese 

Sweets: none 

Body: Thighs hurt... but that’s expected
