Day 35 (5th weigh in)

 Weight: 81.3 ( + 1.9kg) well that’s unfortunate 

Burpees 12 mins 59 seconds. 40/23/37. Let’s see if I can do continuous today 

Breakfast: skip 

Lunch: Ramen 

Dinner : 3/4 prata with chicken curry 

Sweets: Blueberry cheesecake 

Body: Knees hurt... and really stamina still sucks. But the good news is that I can do continuously now..
