Day 20

Burpees: 100 burpees at 23 mins 32 seconds. It’s getting better and thighs hurt 

Gym: weights and treadmill

Breakfast: Skip
Lunch: mixed rice
Dinner: salmon, peas and potato wedges 

Body: thighs hurt
