Kingsman The Secret Service

Finally a great movie of the year.

It has been a while since there is a good light hearted spy movie. Most of them are too dark and gritty. That makes the viewers also tense. Kingsman on the other hand try to change that by giving an over the top plot with great action. The fight scene are well choreograph. There is even a good training sequence. The only on great part is the main character dies in the end. This is the best movie so far of the year.

Dragon Blade

In a true Jackie Chan movie. This movie has everything. Great fight scene, epic storyline, comedy and a final boss fight. This movie is a history lesson but probably the facts are a bit blurred. I do notice the English extras are not from Hollywood. They look like they were taken from the stress. I also note that for every great final fight. In time of dire, the Eagles are always there to help.

The Unfinished Swan

Amazing experience 

Game: The Unfinished Swan

Genre: Adventure

Platform: PS Vita

Overview: Saw this game for the PS3 3 years ago. Finally got it on vita. It's an amazing game. The paintbrush is a simple concept but it can go so far. I don't think I will ever play a game like this for a long time. This reminds me of journey... Short but sweet

What I liked: Gameplay, Paintbrush, Blank canvas, storyline.

What I didn't liked: it's quite short... I wish I could play more

Status: Finish the core storyline with 25 balloons. Probably revisit it sometime later.

Ape Escape 2

First game in the ps2 emulator 

Game: Ape Escape 2

Platform: PS2

Genre: Platformer 

Overview: I think this is the first game that use dual thumb sticks. The controls may seems a bit on a the tank side but the game play is addictive. Who knew catching monkeys was so much fun

What I liked: The stages are creative. The weapons give a lot of variety in catching the monkeys. I practically love the remote control and the bananarang.

What I didn't liked: The bosses are cheap ass. Lot of cheap hits and it takes more than the standard 3 hits to knock them down.

Status: Finished that main story line with the minimum amount of monkeys

ILLEGEAR S5

I've been using this laptop for about 2 weeks. I'm here to give my review. I've been searching for a good laptop for a while now. At first I wanted to get the new Alienware but the price is too much for mediocre specs. After checking with t the internet I finally made a decision in getting a ILLEGEAR laptop

This brand of laptop comes from the Clevo P50. Basically is a generic casing but they make up for it with customizable parts.

The specs of this laptop is as follows 

15.6" IPS screen

The screen itself is amazing. Granted is not a 4k resolution screen. But the has a 360 viewing angle.

Intel i7

Nvidia GeForce GTX 970M 3GB GDDR5

This is an awesome graphic card. So far I haven't test it with actual PC games. Most of the time is for playing emulated PS2 games. 

1 TB HDD 7200rpm

256 m.2 SSD

Blue keyboard - just because

Awesome of that hopefully will last me for years 

Jupiter Acesending

This shows do not trust the trailers. The trailer show this movie is so promising, what are you left with a mixed bag.
