 A very sweet story about brotherly love 

What is it about?
A brother who was cheated of his inheritance went to get revenge but instead found love 

The Good
I love the story about the autistic brother and the other brother who is trying to understand him 
Tom Cruise best work. I do notice it has been a while he taken any serious roles 
The Casino scene 

The Bad 
It has a sad ending but they didn't follow up on what happens next  

The Ugly 
Nothing much 

After Credits: Yes basically all the pictures on the road trip 

Verdict: Love this movie. 

Recipe Day 13

Roast chicken (Please excuse the picture) 

Ingredients 

Whole chicken 
Carrots 
Potatoes 
Any other vegetables 
Butter 
Garlic 
Thyme 

How to cook 
Make a small incision around the skin so you can stick butter, garlic and thyme together. Set the oven to 180c to 1 hour 30 mins. Continue to base the chicken with butter until it golden brown. Put all of the vegetables on the bottom of the baking tray. Cut the potatoes in smaller chunks so it cook all in.

Apr 23 😊🥰 (Ramadan Day 11)

I was finishing the translation work and I finish it at close to 11. Didn’t go to Friday prayers because I was so tired. Slept until 2. Kids wanted pizza for dinner and I bought some fried rice for me. Before the evening got another translation job. At night watched the finale of Falcon and the Winter Solder. It was awesome and watched half of Mortal Kombat 

Apr 24 😊🥰 (Ramadan Day 12)

Woke up to a headache since I didn’t had enough sleep. Manage to cook some chicken for the girls in the morning. Slept some more. Woke up and took Callie to the vet. She has the flu again. After that come back home to pray and go out to the groceries. Talked to best friend. They are having a hard time so I tried my best to console them. Life is about knowing your limits. Made some tandoori chicken, with briyani rice and hummus. Got some cream puff for dessert and overall it was an awesome day.

Today woke up late at 520. The kids and I still had time to eat. After that went back to sleep. Did some laundry. I cooked roast chicken (which is a bit on the pale side), garlic bread and mushroom soup with roasted veggies. The food was a hit since there was none leftover. I went for grocery shopping with H1 and spend the day just cooking and relaxing with my best friend. Overall is was a good Sunday

Today the girls are in home school until May due to the covid cases going up. I didn’t feel like cooking so I just bought some chicken rice for break fast. Me and my best friend are doing okay. Just a normal Monday. I’ve stop going to the mosque due to the rise of cases. Better be safe

Today wife decided to cook some sambal eggs and soy sauce beef. I bought some desserts for break fast. It’s always raining by the evening so I need to do washing early in the morning

Today we decided to eat some seafood so I went to the grocer to get some supplies. I also decided to make some apple pie for the first time. It was a good attempt. My best friend decided to take a break from me. I can’t blame them. I just wish them all the best but I am sad anyway. Sigh... 

Apr 29 😊🎂 (Ramadan Day 17) 

Today is my 15 year anniversary. Gave her my gift which is a limited edition Harry Potter handbag. After that we went to go get laundry. The cleaner is at home so we got time to go out. Went to mom in laws house to get some stuff from her kitchen. At night we got a special dinner made by a famous malaysian chef (Well technically we ordered and I think the kitchen cook it) it was delicious... that was the end of the day. Nothing special 

It’s better to try

So today is my 15 year anniversary. As I look back at it with all our ups and downs that we have during our marriage I never regretted it one bit. Sure she wasn’t the girl I knew 15 years ago. We are not as tight as before... but she is still the mom to my kids. And the love is still there... so yeah for anyone who reads this is better to try with love and lose it and to not try at all. Because sometimes I feel that I am going to lose it but my girls always brings me back. I do wish things were different and sometimes wish for a fairytale adventure. But life is not that black and white and you can’t always have things that you imagine to be better in your head. But I do know that good things come for those who wait... so hopefully one day all my dreams will come true... because I am nothing but a patient man. So I won’t give up on my dreams and neither should you 😊

Recipe Day 11

Chicken Vegetable Curry 

Ingredients 
1 Potato
1 Carrot
1 Eggplant
1/2 cauliflower
1/2 tempeh 
Curry powder 
Chicken bones optional 
Onions
Garlic 
Coconut cream

How to cook 
Saute chopped onion and garlic until brown. Add curry powder. Add some water and chicken bones for flavor. Add all the veggies chopped and some water. Close lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt and coconut cream and simmer 10 minutes

Really this is not a movie and yet there are 4 more of this 

What is it about?
The city of New York allows anyone to become part of the police force. Queue shenanigans'\

The Good 
The theme music is good. Because they played it like 20 times.
Each of the characters have their own gimmicks.

The Bad
The movie is just not that funny. 

It is not edited well since some scene will jump from one scene to the next 

The Ugly 
Really for a comedy this movie really is not that good

 A very hard runner

What is it about?
Guide Rayman from point A to point B where he will tackle a lot of obstacles 

What I liked?
Gameplay is simple but very hard to master. 
When you get a perfect run, the feeling is awesome 
The stages visuals are really a treat for the eyes 
The music is a mixed of beats and insect noises
Stages are short

What I didn't liked?
The game really don't teach you on how to navigate the stages. It is mostly you'll end up dying again and again 
To get 100 lums you really need to study the stage and jump at the right time 
The bonuses are great but too bad you need to be good at the game which I am not
Stages are short if you don't die/ If you die it can last up to 30 mins  

Status: Finish the game until world 5

Fun Factor: A great mobile game. Worth a play

I love this movie 

What is it about?
In the height of the Vietnam war, the army hire a radio deejay to keep their spirits up

The story is simple yet very entertaining 
Robin Williams is so funny. This was his peak of his career.

The Vietnam war. They really didn't explain what is it about

Apr 16 😅😊 (Ramadan Day 4)

Today is cooked some sweet and sour fish but I didn’t fry the fish so I just put it inside the pot. It taste nice but just me and H1 enjoyed it. Went to the Ramadan Bazaar. There were so many choices so I get one of each treats. H1 wanted to sell her paintings and she is in the mood to paint another one. Being an artist is hard I guess.

Apr 17 😡🥲(Ramadan Day 5)

What a waste of time. H2 got a medical check up that already booked. Came there which was a 50 min drive they say that the doctor was not in today. I was so pissed off. Went to another clinic and it was too full. So I decided to just cancel H2 checkup. It was optional anyway. Girls wanted McDonald’s. But I still need to cook something for tomorrow.

Well today is one of the worse days ever. I cooked some oat soups and fried some chicken for the girls to eat in the morning. Found out my bill was 300 bucks and it turns out I have an undisclosed leak in the house. Wife said she is not loved by me. My best friend said goodbye to me for real this time. I’m sad... I really am. Today is just not my day

Well today is just a low key Sunday. I wanted to cook some spaghetti for the girls. Carbonara for the girls and olio for the adults. I still can’t get olio consistency correctly. So just a lot of holy things and watching some tv. My best friend said hi again. This is so going to be a pattern 😅

Apr 20 😊🎂 (Ramadan Day 8)

Today is my mom in law birthday. So she invited us to go have a birthday dinner at a sushi restaurant. So that means I don’t need to cook. So after the girls are done with their school we packed their bags and they stay one night there. Tomorrow wife have a doctors appointment. Dinner was good. We didn’t take buffet but we ordered a lot of food. It was nice. We are just missing my sister in law who is stuck in another state. I got a new translation job

Apr 21 😊🥰 (Ramadan Day 9)

My new translation job is a lot. I don’t know how many words but I am doing it as I go. Brought wife to the hospital and the doctor says she is depressed and the cardiologist says that they need to put her on a 24 heart monitoring machine just to check if there is anything wrong with the heart. I made soup for the wife and bought some kfc for the girls. I got a new translation document after yesterday document had an error. So I started doing it tomorrw

Fetch the cleaner today. Went back to the hospital and the doctor says that she is having anxiety and panic attacks that cause the heart to beat fast. So they gave her some medication to reduce her heart rate. Going home we bought some briyani rice for break fast and then it rained super heavy. Going home was so slow. I got home and started to do the translation job which is a big document. I didn't sleep until 1 am only to wake up at 4 am to get ready to give the kids to eat. It was a tiring day and it is still is.  

Recipe Day 10

Chicken soup 

Ingredients 

1kg of chicken. Up to you what cut. If you want less oil take chicken breast
1 big onion 
3 shallots
5 clove of garlic 
1/2 inch ginger
3 tablespoon soupmix
Salt to taste
Potatoes
Carrots 

How to cook. 
Onion, garlic, ginger, shallots, chopped and saute. Add soup mix once everything is soft. Add some water and make it into a paste. Add chicken and mix it well. Add 3 cups of water. And close lid and let it cook for 15 minutes. After that add potatoes and carrots. Add salt to taste and add a bit of pepper for heat. And done. 

Recipe Day 9

Spaghetti Aglio Olio 

Ingredients

Pasta
Lots of garlic. 8-10 cloves 
3 tablespoon olive oil 
1 tablespoon chili flakes 
Salt to taste

How to cook 
Cold pan. Olive oil and add garlic. Low heat. While the pasta cook wait until the garlic is sauted. Don't let it brown so maintain the low heat. Add chili flakes. Drain pasta. After that add the olive oil mixture inside the pasta. Save some pasta water if it is dry. Enjoy

Recipe Day 8

 Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients 
Pasta 
4 eggs yolks 
Lots of parmesan cheese 
Beef bacon strips 
Salt 
Oil
Lots of garlic 
Mushroom (optional)
Cooking cream

How to cook 
Boil pasta. Heat up pan with oil. Garlic chopped with beef bacon chopped. Saute until cooked. Add pasta once its cooked. Add the cooking cream with the yolks and parmesan. Mix it together. Mix the yolk mixture with the pasta and coat it until all is cooked. And enjoy 

Today is my mom in laws birthday

I rarely write about my mom in law because there is really nothing to tell. Underneath that fierce exterior and no nonsense attitude lies a very kind soul. She does like me a lot and I am really am lucky to have her as my second mom. She does complain a lot though so sometimes I do think why me 😅. But she will always have your back if she can. Happy 65th to my mom in law. May she has long life and stay awesome... (she is not actually but it is good to dream ) 

Recipe Day 7

Soy sauce chicken 

Ingredients 
Fried Chicken
Fried potatoes diced  
3 tablespoon or more Soy sauce (Tamin or sweet and salty) 
2 tablespoon Chili sauce 
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 onion cut sideways  

How to cook 
Heat pan with oil and add onion. Cooked and add soy, chili and tomato sauce and mix together. Add a little water. Add fried chicken and potatoes and mix well.  

Recipe Day 6

Creamy chicken curry 

Ingredients 

500g chicken breast 

1 tomato 

1/2 cauliflower 

Any other veggies (Mushrooms, carrots, brocoli) 

200ml coconut cream 

2 onions 

3 cloves garlic 

Curry powder

How to cook 
Add finely chopped garlic and onions in oil (high heat). Sauté and add curry powder with a bit of water (until it becomes a paste). Add chciken breast and cooked halfway. Add 200ml coconut cream with 100ml water. Add the other vegetables. Salt to taste and let it simmer under low heat for around 20 minutes. Done

Get some instant roti to eat with it. Yummy

Twilight Zone The Movie

Really what a waste of good material 

What is it about?
It's a retelling of some of Twilight Zone episodes

The Good 
Well they did remake 20,000 above the sky 

The Bad
There are like 200+ of good twilight zone material and they took 3/4 which is not the great ones. I mean such a waste. I think they were trying to appeal to the kids since this movie looks like it is for kids 

The Ugly 
The effects while practical they are so unnecessary

Verdict: Nope, watch the tv show. Much more enjoyable  

I feel deflated

Sometimes there is a day where nothing you do is right. Today is that day. I feel so down on all fronts and on top of that my house is leaking from I don’t know where. Sigh... just another day in the life of me. On the plus side today H2 enjoyed my cooking so much that she ask for seconds. I’m glad my girls still are okay with me.

Recipe Day 5

Fried tempeh with sambal

Ingredients 

Tempeh 

Oil 

Salt 

Tumeric 

Instant sambal paste 

How to cook

Cut tempeh into cubes 

Add 1 tablespoon turmeric and salt 

Heat up oil and fry tempeh 

Fry low flame. 

Add sambal paste after tempeh is cooked

Sweet and sour fish 

Ingredients 

Fish any kind (Need to be fried actually but I opt to just put it in the sauce) 

2 tomatoes diced 

3 small shallots

3 cloves garlic 

1 inch ginger 

1 capsicum 

2 tablespoon chilli sauce 

1 tablespoon oyster sauce 

300g water 

How to cook 

Fry shallots, garlic and ginger together. Add some chilli sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well. Add the tomatoes and capsicum and cook until soft. Add water and fish and cook under low heat for 15 minutes. Salt and sugar to taste

What is about?
A city management simulator where you need to build roads to connect the coloured houses to the same colour building 

What I liked?
The game is simple to play but difficult to master. It is fun to see your road get built 
The strategy that is involve in making the city, traffic lights, tunnels, motorways 
It finished once your building is overflowing which is great. A game can last anywhere between 5 minutes to 30 minutes

What I didn't liked?
The game puts a wrench by providing two different colours on opposite sides of the land which cause a lot of problems.
Just when you get a groove you hit a roadblock. Literally, you will cause a congestion with too many cars on the road

Status: Finish the game with all the cities played 

Fun Factor: A great mobile game. Worth to be played  

Weekly Review (Week 15)

Apr 9 😅😊

Today mom cooked fried rice and in the afternoon she made her famous coconut curry. In the evening I had to send my mom to the hotel. She has a meeting there. There were so many cars on the road due to heavy rain. I was 3 hours at the road. I came back and didn’t had dinner. I really have no appetite to eat.  Oh and the girls school just got a covid case so for next week there will. Oh yeah. H1 got her iPhone 11 128gb purple in colour today. We set it up like she was in trouble but in fact she wasn’t. She cried which was so lovely.

Today is a lazy Saturday. Take the car to be serviced. Bought some McDonald’s for lunch and then took a nap. In the evening took a walk with the girls. I didn’t eat anything again in the evening because I wasn’t that hungry. Really should I be worried

Another lazy day. Relaxed and played some games. Bought some chicken rice for lunch that is carried forward to dinner. Played uno with the girls and I lost. Wife is not feeling good. Her heart rate is going up. Mom has just left and is back to her state. Not sure if I am going to meet her later. Talked to my best friend today. We are going to take a month break to respect the month of Ramadan which is coming on the 13th. I’m going to miss them

First day of home school for the girls. I made spaghetti for them. I ate out with the wife. We went to have some Chinese food. It wasn’t that bad. Said goodbye to my best friend. Taking a break to respect the fasting month which is starting tonight. I want to try my best to be close to god and see if I can as much in. I got this and I will be fine. I got this... did my first Terawih prayers in the mosque. So far so good... 

Apr 13 😊😅(Ramadan Day 1)

Today woke up at 4am. Did my prayers. Cook some fried rice and woke up the girls at 5am. After that went back to sleep until 8. Did laundry, iron clothes and more prayers. Cooked some chicken curry for break fast and then went to do some groceries. Best friend texted so that was nice. I manage to get some exercise in. Finally end the day with another day of prayers. Great day

Today I made some beef rice. Did the normal stuff during Ramadan. Did some translating job but my boss doesn’t seem happy 😅. My best friend called me so we talked for a while so that is fun. So overall it’s a good day

Today the cleaners came so no cooking. So did the usual stuff. Send wife to work and then went home. Talked to my best friend. They were not having a good day. I bought some sushi and noodles for break fast. Had to go to two different places because the shops were closed. Today is a good day in my book. 

Recipe Day 3

Well I didn’t cook today but that doesn’t mean I don’t have a recipe to share

Stir fry turmeric chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breast
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 packet of long bean chopped 1 inch
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
Salt
Oil 

Cooking method
Coat chicken breast (after cutting it) with turmeric.
Heat up oil in pan and fry the chicken.
Once cooked add garlic and long beans.
High heat and stir for 3 mins and serve. 

Recipe Day 2

Beef rice with gravy 

Ingredients 

3-4 cups basmati rice 

1 onion 

3 cloves garlic 

1 cinnamon stick

1 star anise 

1 tablespoon of tomato purée or tomato sauce 

1 tablespoon of ghee or butter 

400g or more of beef 

1 chicken cube 

2 tablespoon of kurma powder 

1 cup of milk 

How to cook 

Boil the beef with 4 cups of water 

Separate the water and cut the beef into strips 

Heat up rice cooker with oil and add butter 

Add onions, garlic, cinnamon stick, star anise. 

Add some kurma powder with beef stock until it becomes a paste 

Add rice, tomato purée and fill the rice cooker with beef stock, milk and add 1 chicken cube. 

Close lid and let it cook

Once cook stir the rice.

Robots are running loose and Blade Runners are in charge in hunting them down

The story is freaking slow even when I am watching it in 1.5 speed 
There are aa lot of existential questions about who is a robot. It sounds too heavy

I don't get the movie at all

Recipe Day 1

Okay this Ramadan I am trying to cook 30 different dishes in 30 days (there will be some days I don’t cook but I’ll try my best)

Chicken Curry in a pot

Ingredients
2 onions finely cut
2 cloves of garlic finely cut
2 tablespoon of curry powder
Chicken 
Potatoes
How to cook

Oil in a pot. Add the chopped ingredients. Sauté until soft. Add curry powder and some water and make it into a paste. Once you can smell the aroma of the curry powder. Add the chicken. Cook for 15 mins. After that add potatoes with coconut milk and cook for another 10 mins. Done.

So played a game yesterday and I didn't fare well. I was almost winning but H1 got the better hand

There is not back story on every character
And for a maximum security prison it looks bare bones

Why did the president flew above new york in the place

My first girlfriend

Well your dad had his first love in high school. She was not in my class but I met her through a mutual friend. She was a nice person and we studied together. I mean we don’t go out on dates since we were young and there is practically nothing much to do in the city. It was good fun. I broke it off with her after I finish school. We really don’t have anything in common and I was waiting for the one I guess 

Weekly Review (Week 14)

Apr 2 😊🥰

Today is a normal relaxing day. Had McDonalds for lunch. Went for Friday prayers and came home to play some games. In the evening we went out to eat for the first time. The restaurant we went to was fully packed and they took their own sweet time to gave us our order. Wife didn't feel good for too long so she went back in the car while I ate with the girls. Overall it was an ok day

Today is another big cleaning day. Took the cleaners and then started cleaning the store. There were a lot of books and toys that needed to be separated and gave away. We got 15 trash bags and toys to be given to all the respected families. Bought some chicken rice for lunch and cook some burgers for dinner. I am so exhausted... Tomorrow is going to be another day off full on work. 

Apr 4 😊🥰

Today is Sunday and bought breakfast and the usual breakfast place. I had to wait a long time because they forgot to call out my name. It is so annoying. After breakfast I had to bring Patches and Callie to the vet just to get them groomed. Patches need to be sedated because he is very angry when you touch him wrongly. During the 2 hour wait I went to the mall to do some shopping. Had some sushi and tempura for lunch with some garlic bread for dessert. Came home around 3 and took a short nap. Woke up. Made dinner and iron clothes. After that I had to rush to the airport to pick up my mom. I was like 15 minutes late. Good thing she didn't mind. The girls were excited to see their grandma. The day is done and dusted

Apr 5 😞😓

Today like any other day after I send the girls to school. I start my workout. I got an app that give you personal training on how to exercise. It is good since my workout has become stale and I need to change it up. Lunch was bought by my mom. After lunch we went out to do some grocery shopping. She is so funny sometimes. I don't understand why me and my mom bicker a lot but it is the back and fourth that I enjoy so much I guess. Came back home took a 20 min nap and then when I woke up my mom in law was home with some tarts and roast chicken. My wife is still not good. Her heart rate is still too high which is worrying me and my mom. But she doesn't want to do anything about it so I don't know what else can I do. Had dinner without her since she is not hungry. Oh my best friend and me are saying goodbye or not I don't know. I think she is sad of the situation so and I can't do anything about it.

Today I had to rush to the hospital to pick up wife’s medicine. After that my friend called as said they were visiting their moms grave. I decided to walk to the graveyard and pay my respects as well. It would be one day I’ll be going without them around. After that we went to do some groceries. Had some ice cream and then I went home. Cooked some salmon and veggies for lunch and pick up the girls. Mom left to our hometown to see my aunts and uncles. Around 4 it rained so heavy and I couldn’t exercise. So I just did some weights at the room. H1 wanted to get some stuff at the stationary and she got some tea... today was the best day ever. 

Apr 7 😊🥰

Today in the morning after sending the girls to school I went back home and just finish some chores. After that I got ready to buy H1 a new iphone 11 128gb purple colour. She apparently has enough money with us also chipping in. So that is great. Went to the mall and they don't have the purple one so in the end I ordered it online. I bought lunch and then I find out that there is no water in the house. I forgot to pay the water bill for 6 months so they cut out water supply. So I had to pay that and wait for them to reopen my water supply. Picking up the girls and there was drama. Long story short H1 was called to the teachers office for being to good in a subject. When her teacher found out that the had another tutor the teacher lost her mind. That is so unprofessional in my opinion. H1 was wailing in the car. I feel so sorry for her. So I let her sleep it off and then brought her to grandma house. The maid for 26 years is going home for good so the girls want to spend the last day with her. Went home and slept. Overall it was a good day

Today is going to be a long day. The kids are at grandmas so that means I could pick up the cleaners. I decided to cook some salted bean fish and some prawns from my mom when she came over so I did some groceries and bought lunch. H1 text me in a panicked saying that she missed math from yesterday. And wanted me to come and pick her up. My mom in law also called asking me to print the boarding pass for the maid. So I got back. Prep the stuff to cook. Left with wife to pick up the girls. Came home. Do the cooking. Packed for my best friend since I cooked a lot. (They and their dad enjoyed it by the way). Teach H1 some maths and then to top it all of I got some translation job that I need to settle by tonight. Finish everything by 11. Took a shower and rest. It’s was a tiring day but I was happy 

E.T the Extra-Terrestrial

The movie is not bad but I didn't know the end part was going to happen 

What is it about?
An alien is stranded and made friends with a kid

The Good
The story is simple
ET is so damn cute
Drew Barrymore is also cute 

The Bad
There is a death scene which I think it is not suitable for kids.
They didn't explain why he was sick and how did he get better

The Ugly
Nothing much

Verdict: It is a classic. Worth a watch

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered

One of the best racing games I've played in a long tim e

What is it about?
This is a classic gameplay of police and racers 

What I liked?
Lots of modes either as the Racers or Police. My favorite mode is the Hot Pursuit mode of both car types 
Weapons during the Hot Pursuit mode. In my opinion the racers have better weapons but the cops have the roadblocks.
The amount of classes and with each class there are different type of cars and customize colors. My top 3 favorite cars, Koenigsegg ccxr, Lamborghini Reventon and Lamborghini Sesto Elemnto. The game is from 2010 so the cars only goes up to 2012. This is an old game 
The map. Seacrest city has a lot to offer with different weather conditions. You have shortcuts to take but some shortcuts are much more dangerous to use.
Leveling up. Every race will earn you bounty and with each level you will earn a reward. Getting rewards makes progression is fun.

What I didn't like?
Interceptor missions on the police mode. Some are easy and some are downright hard as nails 
Traffic. I know it is a street race will real world condition. But getting a crash due to oncoming traffic is so frustrating. 
Loading. It is amazing how they got this running at 30fps on the switch. But the loading times takes forever

Status: Played 21 hours of it. Finish all the racers until the end credits. 

Fun Factor: One of my top 10 games of the year. This is an amazing racing game which is so pace paced. A must play 

Have you ever had a dream?

Have you ever had a dream where you are dreaming but you are wide awake. Well I experienced that today... a part of me was like this couldn’t be real but another part of me was like I don’t want to wake up. I don’t think I’ll ever experience a moment like that ever... but I’m thankful I did

Well this movie is really cringe 

What is it about?
A comedy about two passenger on an airplane 

The Good
Well there are some funny moments 
Leslie Nielsen is super funny 

The Bad
Where to start. Some jokes are just racist. And some are not classy at all
There is a boob for the sake of the boob
Too much sex jokes 

The Ugly 
Well there is a lot of drug related jokes and how airplane flying is so different in the 80s

Verdict: Can be avoided. I didn't like it 

Being the only child - again

So my brother got accepted in a university. So that means it was just me and my mom. Being the only child means that we only see each other during dinner time. She was busy with work and I was busy with school. Being the only child does have its perks. I get to do whatever I want but the bad part is that I was alone most of the time. I did feel that being the only child I have to be appreciation of having a brother... 

Today was tiring

My mom is coming over tomorrow we are scrambling to clean the house. So we take out the stuff in the store. For a small room the amount of crap in that is immense. I am quite surprise there are a lot of stuff in the store over the years. In the end it took us 15 plastic bags that is put outside in the curb. I am just tired and I am also sad that I have to make sure everything is running. Sometimes I wish someone would just help me and take my load off. But I hope one day, it can happen. I hope that my wife will be better one day... and life will be good  

Weekly Review (Week 13)

Mar 26 😊🥰 Today I had to run around a lot of places. First I need to finish laundry because I knew the weather is not permitting. Good thing I already cook yesterday carbonara so lunch was served. After Friday prayers I need to go pick up Patches. Patches it seems to have nasty ear infection so he needs to be for medication for 10 days. Coming home around 5pm had dinner and then just played some more knack. Overall it was a great day

Today H1 got her friends coming over. So I cook my baked macaroni. I accidently burnt the cheese but it turned out alright. The girls love it. Played some Hot Pursuit and then got ready for the wedding. I was supposed to go with the whole family but in the end I ended going alone because they were all not interested. Got some food from my mom in law. Came home and took a nap. I did spend a great time talking with my best friend. Played some more games and had some Laksa Sarawak for dinner. Cleaned the kitchen for one hour and saw Star Trek Beyond and I also finish the last episode of Star Trek Enterprise. Like a great ending to a great series.

It’s a Sunday so that means that I am lazy to do anything. So for lunch heated leftovers... my wife left her laptop at the pantry of her office. So we had to frantically go there and it’s a good thing we found it or else it would be a different conversation. I took a nice long nap. and then I went to do some groceries. In the evening we all had burgers and I played some Knack. Oh and I watch Groundhog Day. It was awesome...

It’s started raining from 3am until the afternoon. So I can’t do the washing. So the plan was to go to the laundromat after I wash the clothes. Cool some chicken tandoori and buttered rice. Had that for lunch. In the evening I decided to go for a walk as usual. I notice that my tire is flat. So I did 2km and 45 minutes of changing the tire. Everyone it is quite surprised that I can change a tire. I am like... I have change a tire before people... Wife is still out of it. She has been crying a lot. I am very frustrated.

Today I made some Thai green curry. It was delicious. Paid like 2 bucks to fix the tire. Talk to my brother that was fun. Wife took a day off today. So she is not doing good. In the evening I went for a nice long walk this time. At night I have to pick up Callie and then me and H1 go to the bookstore and now I am home. A good day for me.. Always

Mar 31 😭😢
Today is a bad day. It started in the morning when my wife wanted an emergency session with her therapist. She cried her eyes out when I was outside. What made it worse she found out that her company insurance didn’t cover her sessions anymore. I went to send clothes to the laundromat. Groceries... and bought pizza for lunch. I cried in the car because I feel so helpless watching her being sad... I’m so thankful I have my best friend to talk to.

Today is big cleaning day. Since my mom is coming this Sunday after 14 months. I am going to be surprised to see how we all have changed. I cooked some curry chicken and then the day is spend cleaning up. In the afternoon I got extra translation work. And in the evening I went to get some grapes from my mom in law. Played another chapter of Knack and hang out.

Star Trek Discovery Season 3 (This series just gets better and better. Love this season)
Two sentences Horror Stories (basically it’s from the subreddit with the same name. Some are scary and some are just plain weird. Enjoyable nonetheless)
Wandavision (The first MCU tv series and it was awesome. Imagine watching a movie but in tv version. A must watch)
Star Trek Enterprise season 2 ( Better than season 1 but the ending sets up into a better season 3)
Supernatural Season 14 (One of the better seasons. Episode 300 was epic and next season is the final season )
Supernatural Season 15 (The final season and it was epic. The ending was sad but acceptable. It was
Star Trek Enterprise season 4 (The final season it was great to see they tie up lose ends. The finale sucks)
Fresh of the boat season 1 (Recommended By my best friend... it’s a funny comedy about Asian stereotypes... some I can relate)
Two Sentences Horror Stories Season 2 (Season 1 better.. there are a couple of scary stories but the rest is a bit dull)
