Day 16

Burpees: did 20 burpees an hour. At 15 minutes 13 seconds. Today let’s try something different 

Gym: treadmill on incline and weights 

Breakfast: sushi with my daughter
Lunch: Skip
Dinner: Sardines and fried egg with vegetables 

Sweets: none 

Body: I feel fine. It's getting to be a part of me
