Day 26

Burpees: 100 continuous in 22 mins 31 secs (a new record)

Breakfast: Skip
Lunch: butter chicken + rice + veggies 
Dinner: the above + sardines + egg

Sweets: None 

Body: less tiring but still needs to improve
