Day 15

Burpees: So I did 20 an hour. As fast as I can. So my current best is 16 minutes 26 seconds. I think I can do better 

Breakfast: Skip
Lunch: butter chicken with a slice of bread. Ketupat and pipis
Dinner: scramble egg with a slice of bread 

Body: it’s business as usual here. So that’s good
