Day 28 (4th Weigh in)

Weight:  79.4kg (- 3.5kg) 

Burpees: did it in 22 mins 18 seconds. It’s going to be like this for a while 

Breakfast: skip 

Lunch: mixed rice

Dinner: leftover baguette with lots of fruit 

Sweets: none 

Body: Stamina still not up but I’m hanging there
