Mushroom soup
Ingredients
1kg mushrooms of all kinds
400ml of cooking cream
Salt
Pepper
1 Onion
300g of butter
1 liter Vegetable stock (or water)
Chicken cube
How to cook
Put butter in and onions. Once onion is brown Sauté all the mushroom until soft. Add vegetable stock and chicken cube. Simmer and add salt. After a while add some cooking cream and serve.
