Weight: 80.9 (- 1.7kg) 

Burpees: 14 min 48 seconds. 40/40/20 reps with 3 mins rest 

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: Baked Salmon, Potato Wedges and Sauteed Peas

Dinner: Toast with salmon and peas 

Sweets: Fruits

Body: I'm still way off
