Burpees: 17 minutes 18 seconds 

HIIT: Faster that last time with less rest 

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: Fried rice with chicken 

Dinner: Laksa Sarawak 

Sweets: Vienetta Ice Cream

Body: I’m getting used to it. After day 50 need let to step it up
