Day 40

Burpees: 16 mins 44 seconds

HIIT: Getting better but after the 3rd rep everything becomes wobbly 

Breakfast: Toast

Lunch: Steaks and smoke duck with fries

Dinner: Fried Chicken 

Sweet: Coconut ice cream wit some mango matcha tea

Body: Now I have 60 days to build up stamina. I wonder what will happen after 2 months
