Day 3

100 burpees: 38 mins 01 seconds. 3 minutes faster than yesterday. I think it’s going to be around this times. I did however scrap my knee so the skin is out. Need to be careful tomorrow 

Breakfast: An Apple 
Lunch: Mixed salad with chicken breast 
Dinner: 2 tosai (one masala + one paper) I think I overate 

Sweets: none 

Body: Normal aches but hopefully it will be better
