Day 2

100 Burpees: 41 mins 55 seconds. Good news is I didn’t barf. And it was one continuous round. The trick is 5 burpees and then rest for less than 1 minute 

Breakfast: 3 curry puffs 
Lunch: Leftover salmon curry 
Dinner: Nasi dagang 

Sweet: two spoons of bread pudding 

Body: 
Thighs hurt 
Arms hurt 
Abs hurt 
Basically almost everything hurt 

Tomorrow is going to be interesting
