How to cook
Make a small incision around the skin so you can stick butter, garlic and thyme together. Set the oven to 180c to 1 hour 30 mins. Continue to base the chicken with butter until it golden brown. Put all of the vegetables on the bottom of the baking tray. Cut the potatoes in smaller chunks so it cook all in.
