Chicken Vegetable Curry
Ingredients
1 Potato
1 Carrot
1 Eggplant
1/2 cauliflower
1/2 tempeh
Curry powder
Chicken bones optional
Onions
Garlic
Coconut cream
How to cook
Saute chopped onion and garlic until brown. Add curry powder. Add some water and chicken bones for flavor. Add all the veggies chopped and some water. Close lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt and coconut cream and simmer 10 minutes
