Day 96

Burpees: 15 minutes 32 seconds

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: Turmeric rice with roast chicken adn sambal

Dinner: Mcd Fried chicken with fish burger

Sweets: Fruits

Body:: 15 minutes is usually my time when I do it consciously which was my goal to begin with
