Up and down week

It turns out my wife depression keeps on coming and going. Sometimes she is ok, sometimes she is not. But she did tell me that she doesn't get physically sick. She is more expressive but her mental state is like a timebomb.

2) Lazy Tuesday, deepavali- Up
3) Is not a good day for her - Down
4) She’s busy and I’m free - Up
5) Busy day for the kids - Up
6) Lazy Saturday- Up
7) Dance for Kindness, She had a terrible episode - Down
