No one he is considered the baddest crime boss in Gotham 

What is it about? Takes places after the event of The Batman movie. It is the story on how Penguin, a low level enforcer claw his way to the top of the crime syndicate 

Performance: Both Colin Farrel (which does not look like him) and Cristin Miloti (which won her a golden globe) gave one of their best performance of their career. You really feel the hurt and struggles of their characters

No Batman: Where is Batman? But it makes sense is the city is big. Batman has probably other things to do but it is kind of weird that there are also not that many cops around 

In the end: There is not going to be a season 2. But the Penguin will return in the next Batman movie in 2027.
