What is it about?
A stranger needing to bail out his cousin has gotten into trouble with local police. Little do they know. He is not your average person 

The Good
The action is realistic. They interviewed the director and said they wanted to make the action as believable as possible 
The story is simple and yet it will leave you hanging due to the action 

The Bad
The final fight scene was quite fast. I was expecting more. 

Too much B roll on stuff why did it happen. 

The Ugly 
I wish it was more. 

After Credits: No 

Verdict: Awesome movie. I think I can see a sequel if netflix pick it up

The West Wing Season 4

 I think this is where the season peak 

Whats going on this season: Running for relection, Sam got regulated to be a senator

Goodbye Sam: Well in real life it was always about pay so they made a story where he is running for a senator for California. I kinda miss Sam. I like how he talked and only getting him like 13 episodes sucked

Hello Will: Will is the speech guy. He is a bit better but doesn't have the same spark as Sam. But I think he doesn't mind he role in the white house 

Ending: The ending with a major cliffhanger and a new president. That was scary.  

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare

I kinda like this 

What is it about?
Based on a true story during WWII. Winston Churchill send a group of covert ops specialist to stop the SS troops 

The Good

The action is spot on great

Its more a comedy than action which I thought it was great
Henry Cavill gets to be full British

The Bad
I don' think they have budget for lighting. The night scene were too dar. A lot of the movie takes place at night. No idea why 

The Ugly

Too bad this movie flop. I hope to see a sequel 

After Credits: No 

Verdict: A nice popcorn movie. Fun and Simple. Must watch for me

Week 39 - H1 is at university orientation

This week H1 is going to university. So this whole week will be a H1 free week. I miss her but H2 is here and its the only child for a while so that fun. Other than that nothing to subtaintal. I finished Astro Bot and that is awesome 

Sept 22

• Had some mexican food and H1 left her phone at the restaurant just before we want to see her to university. This is her third time doing this everytime we ate mexican food.
• Arrive at her uni and her room was at the 2nd floor. She is sharing a room with another person. We found out that it was another girl taking diploma and also same IG background as her.
• So H1 will be living in the dorm for a week. She forgot her stuff and wife's student came down and we gave the stuff to them.
• I manage to give my Green Day spot to wife students.

Sept 23

• H1 is not enjoying uni life. The people are too local in her opinion. Food is not great either.
• Father in law came to send H2 to school.

Sept 24

• Went for the appeal of Perkeso. Wife was having anxiety so not sure we got it
• Had a big breakfast
• Cook some pasta
• Mom came. It's been a while since I saw her
• H1 wants to change course from computer science to engineering. Honestly I love it since I was trying to push her to do engineering before

Sept 25

• Me and wife had to rush to the university to change her course. Since she already is register for computer science.
• Took her out of her orientation. Brought her some pasta and ice lemon tea
• It rained so heavy that my shoes are wet
• Mama cook fried rice for tonight

Sept 26

• Mama left for her hometown
• I service my car yesterday. Did a good 4km walking around the mall. Need to change my tyres as well
• Had some nasi lemak for lunch at the bakery
• Pick up wife and friend for lunch at the same bakery. I just ate a couple slice of pizza because I was still full
• H1 didn't had dinner because she had to do some activities. So I ordered some food for her to be delivered

Sept 27

• H1 came back from uni. She went in her room from 4pm and never left
• H2 had oreintation for her school. She had a bonfire at night. That was cool
• I had to change my tyres. That cost around $500

Sept 28

• Wife had to work. She had to be a judge at another university
• Went to eat some fried chicken today and it was amazing.
• After that we went to IKEA. Did some shopping

Next week I will be figuring out my schedule since all the girls H1, H2 and wife are busy with class and work. So I need ot be extra busy juggling work and house

Interview with a Vampire Season 2

The story concludes 

Where we left off: The story continues with the Vampire Louie and now we found out tha the has been living with the Vampire Armand. 

This season: They travel from Ukraine Russia and ended up in Paris 

The episodes: Every episode is enjoyable. I like it when they are in Paris. Seeing every character was flesh out quite well

Ending: Every thread was close. There are some questions and there is a season 3. But I am not sure where does this goes since this chapter is now close 

Astro Bot

What can I say about Astro Bot that no one else can say. I can say that this is a fun game. This game hits all the right notes spanning 30 years of PlayStation history and finally I can say that it's been a long while where a game can make me smile to play from start to finish. So lets begin my Astro Bot review. We all know that this game is going to be great since the first time I played Astro Bot is from the preloaded PS5 game Astro's playroom. This time Team Asobi manage to do the same game but made it 10 times bigger. 

The game premise is simple. You have to save 300 of your robot freinds scattered throughtout the galaxy and you need to travel to each planet in the specific galaxy to rescue them. At the end of the level. The number of bots your rescued will unlocked the boss for that galaxy and once you beat them you have a specfic VIP bot (more on that later) that will unlock the specific planet with that bot gameplay. Since I am not sure when you will read this so I can share with you the VIP bots that come with their own unique gameplay is Ape Escape(PS1 classic), God of War (plays excatly like the actual game), Uncharted (my favoruite), Loco Roco (I miss this game) and Horizon Zero Dawn (I have to play this game one day). The VIP bots provide some variety into an already polish gameplay. 

Astro comes with a lot of special items to aid him in his quest. Items like the Chicken and Dog which provides vertical and horizontal boost. The Frog hands which acts like boxing gloves, the rock outfit which gives shielding against rocks and heat. There are also enviornmental items like the mouse that makes Astro sink and a sponge that makes Astro suck a lot of water. Each of them provides a unique gameplay and I wish that they could make more stages like this. Sometimes it is just one stage and then you can't use the powerup again. I think that a miss oppurtunity. There are also some stages that requires the gyro controls from the DualSense. I can say that this game uses all the features of the DualSense controllers.

I think the star of these games are the VIP bots. We need to resque 300 of them and out of the 300 there are 140 VIP bots from PlayStation history. Some are well known based on what they are wearing (Solid Snake or Crash Bandicoot) to the obsurce ones (Vib Ribbon and Incredible Crisis) to the who are these people again (No idea??). They don't tell us who are these characters since by rescuing them you'll get a short description on what they were famous for rather than thier name. The bots play a role in advancing the gameplay since the hub world needs a certain number of bots in order to go to the next galaxy. The PS5 is also a character in this game in where you need to rescue the parts scrattered throughout the galaxy. Overall you can see me smiling everytime I got something that reminds me of my past gaming history 

After beating the game there are a lot of secrets to get such as portals to the lost galaxy (shorter versions of the actual stages), puzzle pieces and the best part challenge levels. Challenge levels are basically hardcore challenges of platforming where you have only one chance to get from start to finish without dying. The challenges range from easy to extremely hard. If you mange to beat them all you will be treated to the Master Level Challenge which is by far the most awesome challenge of all (It took me 1 hour to get through). Other than that there are 8 bit stages and glass floor stages. The game really just wants to you play more of it 

After finish the 20 hour game you are left with a satisfied conclusion to a very special game. It doesn't overextend its welcome but I wish it had more. I hope that this game sells a lot and team Asobi can make something else using Astro Bot as the star. So far I can say this is my number 1 game of the year and I will give this an S-Rank 

Week 38 - H1 went to prom

 So this week I finally got my computer running. H1 is going to prom

Sept 15
• Bought a SSD for the PC. Finally the PC is running back to normal again.
• H1 went to her friends house to finish the prom decorations
• Me, wife and H2 went to a wedding. The wedding was H2 teacher. The food was good but there was a lot of kuih. I think I ate a lot
• Went to MIL house. She has her husband family there. I really couldn't wait to get out. Ever since the incident I kinda of hate my mother in law. I don't hate her but I hate what she has become. Someone who is being used. But you know what I am just going to keep quiet after tomorrow

Sept 16

• The girls went out with thier aunt shopping
• We went to see wife's friend. Had a good time catching up but it was a buzzkill snice she brought her husband andf her husband wants to rush it.

Sept 17
• Lazy day. Still a public holiday
• It rained most of the the time
• Made some fried glass noodles. It was good.
• Pick up maid

Sept 18
• Dad in law came down.

Sept 19
• H1 had her first driving lesson.

Sept 20
• Run errands for H1 for the prom thing. We book a hotel for her for tomorrow so that she could stay late and hang out with her friends. This could be the last time they are going to be together
• Wife was not feeling great today. She is always is in constant pain. I really sometimes am sad and I don't know what to do.
• Talked to my friend today and I realise something, in this friendship they don't bring anything in the table. It's always a transaction meaning that they need company and I provide it. So going forward I really should temper my expectatoins more knowing that we are never going to reach the same point in our life. It's okay. It was my mistake of thinking that. After this I would just lower my expectatoins and then just enjoy their company

Sept 21
• H1 packed her bag to get ready to go to uni tomorrow
• Send H1 to the hotel so she can get ready for porm
• Realxing saturday
• Was annoyed at best friend so really now it seals the deal that moving forward I think I should really temper my expectations

Overall it has been a good week. Next week H1 won't be here since she has to go for orientation so it will just me, wife and H2. It is going to be a busy week. But the good news is that I've done my quota for class and now it is just doing extra classes for extra money
