Week 12: Eid is finally here

This week is the final week of Ramadan. Nothing too exciting happen. Just normal things I guess. I got my 10k from my insurance this year which is awesome so I can start planning to my anniversary plan with wife. Eid was great, lots of good food and time with family 

Mar 15 (25th Ramadan)

• Did lots of classes and took a nap in the afternoon 

• Today I decided to cook some butter chicken and Roti John The Roti John turned out well even it was a bit a different 

• Did terawih at home 

• Nd called me that she was sick and needed some money for her treatment. I gave her 600 and she receoverd by 11pm. I was so worried but I am glad she recovered. 

Mar 16 (26th Ramadan) 

• After sending wife work I went and bought some ingredients to make southwestern eggrolls 

• H2 help me with th springroll wrapper. We both got hit with oil. Hey eye is okay but my face is stung a bit because of the hot oil 

• H1 doesn't seem to like my wife and my wife is getting tired of this disrespect. I don't know what to say to her but just let her vent for a while. Hopefully she will be okay. 

Mar 17 (27th Ramadan) 

• Today mom is coming which means I don't need to cook. Pick up mom after I finish classes and send wife to work 

• Mom cook some masak lemak while I did some classes and pick up wife 

• My best friend Msry called me saying that his mom is in critical condition and may not have that long. The video showed trouble breathing and he is going to find tickets (which are expensive) to come back here 

Mar 18 (28th Ramadan) 

• Today is going to be a long tiring day. Lets get through it.

• Woke up this morning and can't do classes because I have to send H1 to the therapist. But before that I had to send the cleaner back home

• Arrived at the hospital at 8:50. H1 got a good 1 hour+ with the therapist

• Went to the phramacy to get her medication 

• Went home and then in the evening had to go get ready to pick up my best friend family to the airport because her mom is very ill

• Wife got upset because brother in law wife went all psycho and she is worried about my mom in law's life. I ask her to just go pick up my mom in law and she was upset that I didn't ask my friend to take a taxi. I told her this is a life or death situation. So yeah... I am not backing down from my promise. 

• Arrived at Bangsar close to 8pm. I breakfast with kurma and drink in the car. Saw the mom and she is in bad condition but not dying yet. She is having trouble breathing but she is still fighting. I prayed and hang out for a while and went home close to 830.

• Wanted to give mama rendang (oh yeah, mama made rendang today) to Nd but she didn't answer my call and I tried to wait but she didn't come. I left sad but I get to taste my mom rendang.

• Arrived at home close to 930. There was not any food left so I just some cookies and call it a night and so I thought. Step father in law was not feeling that great so I need to take him to the clinic. After that the clinic said that his condition was actually worse than we thought so that means he needs to be hospitalise. I told my sister in law to send him because I can't function anymore. 

• Went to back close to 12am. 

Mar 19 (29th Ramadan) 

• Today did classes in the morning 

• Sister in law took H2 out while I took wife shopping 

• Mom went back to her hometown 

• Dinner we ordered Zanmai sushi. 

• Annoucement is Saturday will be Eid 

Mar 20 (30th Ramadan) 

• Last day of Ramadan and it’s also a public holiday 

• Did 10 classes and then just relax with wife by watching a lot of Rookie 

• sister in law took the girls out for iftar and I just went to the mall to get some Nak Nak 

• After iftar we all packed our bags. Kids came home close to 10 and start packing

• My Japanese student arrived in Malaysia 

Mar 21

• Today is the first day of Eid. Got up early and after subuh we made our way to kampung. 

• Arrive that and straight make our way to Eid prayers 

• After a breakfast we made our way to visit our uncles 

• First uncle step on a frog which developed a blood infection. Doesn’t help that he has diabetes. We ate some rendang and lemang 

• 2nd uncle was his birthday today. He was 80. We ate some mee soup 

• 3rd uncle was okay but all my male cousins were not at home. Just the female so it was really quiet. Wife couldn’t climb up the stairs so we went to another cousins house

• Came back home everyone took a nap. 

• Some cousins came to visit our house

• Help my cousins prep for tomorrow where we will host 

Next week I have my Japanese student to bring around my area. My mom is going home and nothing much.
