What is it about?
The police force needs to do surveillance to capture the world most dangerous criminal

The Good
The first 20 minutes of the movie is awesome. The action is top notch and it makes you pump up for the movie
Jackie Chan at 71 still show that he has the chops for action
Some of the action scenes is typical of chinese action movies. Lot of stunts and wire work. 

The Bad
The trailer is a lie. Most of the movie is just talking. Lots of lots talking. The main movie is about how to do surveillance. So there not that really much action.
This movie could do with a 1 hour trim. At 2 hours 38 minutes. There are some scenes that are not necessary to move the plot forward. 

The Ugly
Wife never slept in the cinema. This was the first time she fall asleep. This shows how boring the movie is 
Macau is really a different kind of city. It doesn't look real or it just look fake. Probably the movie 

After Credits: Yes until the end. Sets up a sequel

Verdict: Can be avoided. Too long and really boring
