Where we left off: It starts with Olivia and the presidents affair exposed but you can't imagine where did it end.
Characters arcs: Its acually one big long story. Oliva and President love affair is there. Jake is there as the third person. The team has their own issues to handle with. There is also the clandestine organisation called B613 that is part of the overall arc
Harrison: This season he doesn't have much to do. His character is there but in terms of his arc and character progression its not there at all. They fixed that in the end
Ending: It ends in multiple cliffhangers. There is a change coming next season but the way the season was made from episode 1 until 22 it was an amazing start to finish. You really should be watching this show
