Hijack

This could really happen?

What is it about? A fictional flight got Hijack on the way to the UK. 7 hours till it reach its destinaion a lot of things can go wrong. Idris Elba is here to stop it

First of all: This is not an action series. I mean this is no Air Force One. A lot of time they are spending sitting down in their seats and just waiting for the next set of instructions. There are a couple of tense moments on the show. It has 3 parts. The plane, the police, the civilians.

Can did this happen: Very unlikely but a lot of planning has to be done. So should I be worried. Not really since the chances of this happenign is rare

Ending: It just ends. But not after a lot of different twists and turns

Twilight of the Warriors Walled In

In awesome kung fu movie

What is it about?
In the 80s the city of Kawloon is a place where people can get a secon chance

The Good
The story is amazing.
The fight scenes are also great. There are some supernatural elements in this story

A lot of old actors and also new ones as well

The Bad
This movie is a bit too long. I think there are a couple place that can be cut but everything has a purpose

Ending is a bit underwhelming. No idea what happens next

The Ugly

Nothing much

After Credits: No

Verdict: If you like kung fu and a good storyline. A must watch

Star vs The Forces of Evil Season 1

Awesome show to begin with

What is it about: Princess star butterfly got a new wand but doesn't know how to use it yet. So her parents send her to Earth to live is Marco and his family

Funny: This cartoon reminds me of Regular Show but not as crazy. There are a lot of humor in the dialoge and the stories are short and entertaining

Season: 1 This season is more the adventure of the day. Not until the end there was some high stakes

Ending: It ended in a cliffhanger with a lot of new things happen to all of the main characters.

Kneecap

Oh boy, another foreign movie

What is it about?
It's about 3 rappers who wants to challenge the UK to adopt Irish as the main language

The Good
Well the story is interesting. This movie is conducted totally in Irish and a little bit of English
Rapping in Irish is very catchy
The ending is nice

The Bad
This movie is a bit too long to make a point. There a re a couple fo scene that are not needed for the movie

The Ugly
Nothing much

After Credits: Yes

Verdict: You can skip this, nothing to special

Futurama Season 12

They are back

New adventures: This time the planet express crew story relate to our current situation like, coffee, NFT, being vegan

Characters: Bender Is always my favorite character because of all the trouble he gets into. Fry is also another favorite.

Why: Why can they make 20 episodes of the Simpsons every year but we only get this once every 3 to 5 years. Sucks

Season 13: No idea. Futurama I treat it as a treat (sweet) if it comes. Awesome. If not.. The episode that are here is good enough

Week 1: Friend came over

The start of the new year. So far the first 4 days has been challenging especially with H1. Other than that it is almost the end of the school holidays and next week life will start again.

Jan 1
• The new year and it's a lazy day. Did classes and went to McD for lunch
• At night played some VR and then just ate bread

Jan 2
• H2 friend came to sleepover. So I cooked some butter chicken pasta while in the evening the made some cookies and play with VR.

Jan 3
• H1 was upset today because her next semester schedule was different from her freinds. So wife had to step in an personally call the Head of Department. From there we know that H1 is really a problematic student. She was spoken in meetings between the lecturers. Most of the lecturers thought she is special and needed to be test. Wife agrees. I will do it after she finished her exams.

Jan 4
• I cooked some carrot rice with curry today since my friend is coming to visit
• My friend from NZ came to visit with his son. He lives nearby. He needs help resetting his Meta quest 3. After dinner and picking the maid, I help him reset it as well as sideload it
• While picking the maid something hit my wife's windshild and cause a small crack. So tomorrow looks like I am going to fix it
• H1 send a 2 hour long chat with wife. Wife is upset. Wife doesn't want to care about her anymore. Sigh. Now it's all up to me. The problem is I don't know anything about this. Last time I did it all myself anyway.

Shit is about to hit the fan since I am posting this on Jan 5 and so far the day hasn't gone well

Janet Planet

First movie of the year

What is it about?
A relationship between a mother and a daughter

The Good
Nothing much. For the first time I saw a sucky movie. This is not a movie. This is more of a short reality show about a mom and kid. Nothing special

The Bad
Everything. No plot. No stakes. Nothing. It just a couple of days of a mom and a kid.

The Ugly
Everything

After Credits: No

Verdict: This was a good movie? For who?
