Another good week

Last week was my week off... After 2 weeks of writing, I didn't want to do any more work. So spend the whole week clearing up a lot of zelda which I say it was awesome. 2nd week of all good vibes.. Let's hope that the streak continues

Week 8

1) Send chapter 1 and 2 - Freedom - UP
2) Wife's birthday, celebrate it with a friend for lunch and sushi for dinner - UP
3) More zelda, bad mood this evening - UP
4) wife had a lunch date, cleared a lot of Zelda - UP
5) Got yelled in the morning, bad mood until evening, Kids were sick. Had a good time with the architects, ate more sushi - UP
6) Went light hunting and ate burgerlab - UP
7) Stay at home and went around cyber, ate with wife's best friend - UP

Finally a good week

Week 7 is a terrific week. No big drama. Continue writing as usual. Normal stuff... Hopefully we can maintain this for week 8 and beyond

Week 7
1) Good day writing - UP
2) Not as much writing as yesterday but still good. Ate burgerlab with del's colleagues- UP

4) Nothing much but writing - UP
5) Writing almost done, Mom came and played scrabble

7) Went for a wedding, house in shaping up - UP

Black Panther

Marvel has start the new year with a bang 

What is it about? 

After the events of Civil War, T'challa returns back to stabilize his nation and avoid an upcoming war

The good:

The movie is awesome. This is the first Marvel movie if you strip away the superhero part. It's a good story about family 

There are only 3 scene with the panther but it was sufficient 

The comedy is spot on. Wish there were more comedic moments 

All the black actors + 1 white played their role perfectly 

The bad: 

The bad guy was gone for half of the movie. 

This movie looks like it was 2 movies in 1.

There are a lot more questions than answers about the bad guy 

The ugly:

The final fight scene was not that epic. It does look like 2 cats fighting each other 

Nobody knows why the bad guy was exiled and people just accept his ideas 

After credits: 2. One is the impact of the movie and the other from Infinity War

Verdict: Another year, another great marvel movie. Not the best but a good first movie 

I'm late on blogging on week 6

Week 6 has been a not so good week mostly. Now in week 7  I am going to chase my writing deadline. Provided the fact that my phone is becoming obsolete. This are not looking this up. Still slowly chugging along breath of the wild

Week 6
1) Good day writing - UP
2) Started good, ate dim sum. Ended with a breach of contract for my wife and my mom pissed at me - DOWN
3) Good writing day - UP
4) Another good writing day - UP
5) Didn't do any writing... sucks, Wife was sick. Meet new new friend at burgerlab - DOWN
6) Wife not feeling well.. Kids fighting - DOWN
7) Brought kids outside for some sun - UP

With that week no 5 is done

Too tiring to describe the week. Everything needs to be packed due to the renovation starting soon. But it was a great week. Played a lot of Zelda Breath of the Wild. Writing still on full swing

Week 5
1) More packing, didn't get any work done, daughter is being bullied - DOWN
2) Had nice breakfast, lunch and tea with fern. Met a nice uber girl driver - UP
3) Made 2000 bucks today selling my wii u and ds games - UP
4) Mood was not that great for no reason - DOWN
5) Manage to get some writing in. Finished Overcooked at 3am - UP
6) Lazy Saturday - UP
7) Wife cousin came with nephews and had a great time playing games , watch the greatest showman - UP

The Greatest Showman

The movie is spectacular...



What is it about?
This is the abridge version of the first ever man in show business P.T Barnum and how he started his showbiz empire.

The Good:
- Everyone can act in the movie. Hugh Jackman really carries the movie
- The songs are amazing and catchy. From start till finish you be on a high.
- Rebecca Furgeson is hot and looks so different in the movie

The Bad:
- Zac Efron didn't really get to shine that much in the movie. He has 2 dance number
- The story really cuts on to different scene fast. Since it's a musical it really does not matter that much
- There are no exposition at all... It's one scene and to the next. Which does nothing much for character development.

The Ugly:
- Don't google this movie after you are done watching it. This movie is pure fiction with real life characters added in. It got bad reviews since the real P.T Barnum is not like the movie version of it.

After Credits: No

Verdict: Worth watching multiple times. It is a enjoyable musical. One of the contenders of movie of the year

Overcooked

A great party game that will either make or break you

What is it about?
You play as chef going from kitchen to kitchen. Cooking delicious meals in order to prevent the apocalypse.

Menu:
Soup (Tomato, Onion, Mushroom)
Burger (Lettuce, Bun, Tomato, Meat)
Fish and Chips (Potato, Fish)
Tortilla (Tortilla, Rice, Flour)
Pizza (Tomato, Cheese, Mushrrom, Bread, Sausage)
Salad (Tomato, Lettuce)

Things I liked:
- Fast paced gameplay which combines your ability to juggle 3 things at the same time
- Communication and banter in the the real world where you need to execute the meal before times runs out
- The stages ranges from normal to pretty absured
- The story is good enough but doesn't leave a mark
- The food that you need to execute is simple yet complex in design

Things I didn't like:
- Working with people who doesn't know how to play the game
- Cooking can be a challenging experience

Overall: Great party game for the Switch. It's a recommended first buy when you buy a switch.

Status: Finish the game with wife until the final boss with 80 stars in hand. Trying the DLC next.

Fun Factor: Spectacular... A great party game.
