Day 51

Burpees: 15 mins 21 seconds 

Hiit: 3 rounds 

Breakfast: skip

Lunch: rice with beef soup

Dinner: burger with cheese and hash brown (this is what cause my food poisoning)

Sweets: none

Body: I’m sick since Saturday. Been vomiting and high fever. So need to take a break until I can regain my full strength.
