Burpees: 14 minutes 23 seconds. 82 burpees with 18 on hiit 

Hiit: it’s getting better 

Breakfast: Skip 

Lunch: Mixed Rice 

Dinner: two piece of toast with hotdogs 

Sweets: None 

Body: getting there. Stamina is getting better
