Day 32

Burpees: 100 burpees with a couple stops in 17 mins 03 secs

Breakfast: skip

Lunch: sirloin steak, ribeye steak, duck breast, mix salad, potato gratin, nachos

Dinner: 4 Takoyaki 

Sweets: cookies and cream ice blended, cheesecake, palm sugar cake, mango juice 

Body: the usual tiredness
