Day 31

Burpees: Did fast burpees with 10 reps x 10 times. In peak performance I will do it in 12 min 51 seconds 

Breakfast: Skip 

Lunch: Mixed rice (pumpkin, prawns, fish, catfish, sambal) x 2

Dinner: Skip

Sweets:  a lot of cornflake cookies, one bite of multiple cakes, fruits 

Body: still good
