Today is the last day and frankly. I feel fine. We started with me being week but now I can do below 18 minutes which is the goal. I think I want to continue with something different but this time I need to diet properly and I want to lose my belly fat
Burpees: 14 minutes 08 seconds
Breakfast: Nachos and dip (which I need to avoid)
Lunch: fried noodles
Dinner: beef bone dhal and rice
Sweets: Fruits
Body: it’s good. Tomorrow will be the day I’ll weigh myself and see how do we proceed from there
