Burpees: 14 minutes 36 seconds 

Hiit: 2 reps 

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: Veggie soup with egg + rice 

Dinner: Bread, Lemang and soup 

Sweets: Fruits and Ice Cream 

Body: Still am tired... tomorrow I plan to do it more seriously
