Day 65

Burpees: today I incorporated the burpees in the gym training 

Gym: 6 different exercises + 20 mins cardio 

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: Yong Tau foo 

Dinner: rice with egg and duck 

Sweets: Watermelon lychee juice 

Body: hurts due to the different exercises
