Day 39

Burpees: 19 mins 58 seconds. 10 reps with 45 seconds rest 

Hiit training will be done on alternate days 

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: ciabatta bread with eggs and leftover fried rice 

Dinner: Butter chicken, sweet sour fish, braised tofu, salted egg eggplant with rice 

Sweets: Longan, Jackfruit and Grapes 

Body: still slogging
