Burpees: today 100 burpees (65 in the morning and 35 in the evening) at 24 minutes 17 seconds 

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: chicken macaroni casserole 

Dinner: stuffed baguette with chicken and egg 

Sweets: No

Body: it’s now all about stamina
