Day 23

 Burpees: did it in 17 mins 49 seconds. May seem like a new record but I rested a lot. Today am going for a full 100. No rest 

Breakfast: Skip

Lunch: Chicken rice 

Dinner: burgerlab

Sweets: none 

Body: thighs and stamina still worries me
