Day 21 (3rd Weigh In)

Weight: 82.9kg (Loss 500g) 

Burpees: 100 in 22 mins 53 seconds. I did 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening

Breakfast: Skip
Lunch: Tomato rice, grilled lamb, chilli anchovies and grill cabbage
Dinner: Chinese Food 

Sweets: Magnum Ice Cream

Body: I am still out of breath when im tired. So that means my stamina is on up to par yet
