Day 4

Burpees: 29 mins 49 seconds. The results are a bit skewed because I was texting. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I got a way of doing it. Trying to do as much as i can before I get tired 

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: birthday party. So I ate soup + rice, nasi lemak, roti Jalan, sambal goreng 
Dinner: 3 spoons on mince beef + some grapes 

Sweets: I manage to avoid any sweets... awesome job... the cake looks good 

Body: okay this is weird. It doesn’t hurt? Am I doing it wrong?
