Need to stop doing tenders. Since we have a new person for that

Since in April my KPI does not reflect what I am doing right now. Mostly my boss ask me to just fill that I achieved my base target
Bonus:
Showed my personal project. Which I think was awesome. Probably going to do one more in 2016
